Who I am
I am Jagan Karanth, a product designer based in Bengaluru, India. I run this website, and I am responsible for what is described on this page.
What this site collects
Nothing directly. There are no accounts, sign-up forms, comments, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The sound toggle only plays audio when you switch it on, and it does not remember your choice.
The fonts are served from the site itself, so your browser does not contact a font provider when you visit.
If you write to me
When you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell me. I use it only to reply and to continue the conversation. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not share your details.
I keep emails for as long as the conversation or a possible project needs them. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered by a hosting provider. Like most hosts, it may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. I do not use these logs to identify or track visitors.
Links to other sites
This site links to places like LinkedIn, Dribbble, X and Instagram, and some journal posts live on my previous site. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this page does not cover them.
Your choices
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to me at the address below. I will respond as soon as I reasonably can, and in line with the data protection laws that apply to me, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this page
If how the site works changes, for example if I add analytics or a contact form, I will update this page before it goes live and change the date at the top.
